Miguel Carmona, MD, earned his medical degree from Universidad Austral Facultad de Ciencias Biomédicas in Buenos Aires, Argentina and completed his residency at Piedmont Athens Regional. Dr. Carmona has been practicing medicine for eight years. Prior to joining Piedmont, Dr.
Carmona was a primary care physician at Phoebe Worth Family Medicine in Sylvester, Georgia. Dr. Carmona is board certified in Internal Medicine. In his spare time, Dr.
Carmona enjoys playing tennis and soccer, reading and cooking. Dr. Carmona is accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.
